provision is given by amending section 376 of Indian penal code 1860.

The main proposal of this act is the punishment of convicts within 21 days. This Bill is for the Faster Resolution of cases and this will make the Abusive, unwanted incidents happening on the Women's to reduce. This Act was taken Based on the incidents happening on the women. Recently we can see the incident that happened near Hyderabad who has Raped and Burned.
