Telangana Government asks house owners to defer the rent collection for 3 months!


Telangana Government on Sunday asks the house owners to defer the collecting of rent from the residential tenants from 3 months due to the effect from March!. The Decision was taken by the Telangana CM after the cabinet meeting. Chief Minister Chandra Sekhar said, "if the house owners harass, the residential tenant may lodge the complaint by dialing 100".

The House owners are directed not to collect any interest in further on rent arrears. In other the major important decision, that the Educational Institutions are directed not to enhance the fees for the academic year 2020- 2021. other than tuition fees, no other fee should not be collected. Even the tuition fee should be collected on a monthly basis, not on the yearly or quarterly or any other basis.
